| INTRODUCTION | Multi Fax Sender is a new powerful application with PC-Telephone to send a fax file(s)over the Internet to unlimited fax numbers simultaneously. They are sent at low rates and instantly, with 1 click so the main purpose of the new software is to save time and money. It works together with PC-Telephone software, which should be running, when sending faxes. You can send a fax file .sff to unlimited number of fax numbers at once at low PC-Telephone calling rates or for free, if you send it (them) PC to PC to IP address to a called party, with PC-Telefon software as well. There are options to send 1 fax file to unlimited fax numbers, several fax files to 1 fax number and several faxes to several fax numbers. |
| CALLING SCHEDULE AND OTHER NECESSARY PC-Telephone SETTINGS |
Go to Menu>Options and press on Call
scheduling. In
the opened window, enable Call Scheduling and enter in Wait for
answer(sec) field: 30 or more and in Retry interval (min) 1
or more.
If you are behind a router, you should open TCP/UDP ports in and out: 9084. |
| START SENDING |
 Start MFS window to open. Write in a name and press Enter to move to the column Numbers, write in a fax number: Countrycode+areacode+faxnumber and press Enter to move in a second row and repeat the procedure. You can enter only fax numbers if you wish, pressing the button Enter numbers only. Select your fax file (s) from your disc by pressing the button Select fax file to send. Press Select and quit and all the faxes will move in PC-Telephone Otbox folder and the transmission will start in 30 sec. or later - according to the settings of PC-Telephone Calling Schedule. The PC-Telephone gateway # (pctt.net) is automatically added to numbers in the Outbox folder when it's the case with international fax numbers or omitted, when sending fax files for free PC to PC to IP address. |
| REPORT VIEWER |
 When you press buton Send and quit, the MFS Report Viewer appears automatically. It's purpose is to see which fax files were sent to fax numbers. In Menu > Options you can save the reports to your disc to see your fax sending operations by opening them them later in fax view report or with notepad. |
| STOP SENDING | If you wish to stop sending - transmission of your fax files by any reason, you can terminate it in Multi Fax Report Menu > Options > Stop Sending or by double click red earphone button on PC-Telephone Phonebar and PC-telephone > Menu > File > Exit. All unsent fax files will remain in PC-Telephone Outbox folder. In case you don't want to send them, mark and delete them. |
| CREATING, STORING AND OPENING YOUR FAX DATA |
You
can create your data for Multi Fax Sender in Notepad in the following way: name1 number1 name2 number2 name3 number3 name4 number4 etc. and save it on your disc. Example:558436411070

| CREATING .sff FAX FILE | You can turn any Word, Excell, Wordpad,
html or any other file into .sff file (structured fax file) to be sent
as fax file with PC-Telephone Fax printer: When your document is opened, go to Menu > File > Print... >choose PC-Telephone printer. The window Outbox will appear (picture below). Here you can edit number of retries, too. Press the button View and your PC-Telephone Fax Viewer will popup with the document in .sff. Go to Menu > File > Save as... of the Fax Viewer and save your fax document.

| SETTING PC-TELEPHONE DIRECTORY | By default, when install the set up
file of the Multi Fax Sender, it goes to C/Program Files. In case you
have PC-Telephone program stored elsewhere, you must do the following in order
MFS to find PC-Telephone: Go to MFS Menu > Options > press Set PC-Telephone directory and navigate as notice says: Please navigate to \pc-telephone\PCTAPI\VC\pctcall.exe and press enter.
